Day 3 - Be Silent and Still For 20 Minutes. Just allow yourself to relax in a comfortable space, close your eyes and sit quietly, without expectations of anything. Give yourself the time and the space for your own higher self, or inner voice to be heard. It may feel strange at the beginning, but if you honor yourself this way, for just 20 minutes, you'll find you feel more centered and more at peace
