Day 1 - Forgive yourself

Day 1 - Forgive yourself.
Take one thought, action - or non-action, that you regret,
and are holding onto. It's time to let it go. It's time to start
accepting yourself for who you are. Stop holding yourself
hostage, accept that we all make mistakes, and commit
to moving forward. Write a note of forgiveness for yourself
and mail it. The feeling you have of letting go will be
compounded and increased ten-fold when you read
the letter as it arrives in your mail a day or so later.
